our client came to us with an idea called ‘food fashion’ or ‘trendy food’. this is an idea of an evolving menu and experience to keep a food offering rotating, interesting and adaptable. one translation of trendy in mandarin is pronounced as chao and chow we recognise as food. so chao chow was created. the food offer is traditional Chinese hotpot. the interior design is purposefully futuristic with the athletic energy of sports store design.
