FACULTY DESIGN creates hospitality interiors that make people want to arrive, stay and return. Based in Adelaide and working across Australia, we design restaurants, bars, cafes and food-led venues with commercial thinking built in. We consider the full customer journey, from first impressions and ordering to comfort, atmosphere and repeat visits.
We work through the operational details early, including service flow, kitchen interfaces, seating, lighting, acoustics, materiality, signage and buildability. We understand project costs and balance creative ambition with budgets, directing investment where it has the strongest effect on experience and performance.
